The Provincial Bureau of the Party in Holguin agreed to grant the Rafael Freyre Municipality the headquarters of the central act for the 70th anniversary of the assaults to the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Cespedes Barracks next July 26.

Rafael Freyre also obtains sustained results in alternative productions in the face of the deficit of raw material, such as wheat flour, and shows progress in the incorporation to employment of people without labor ties. The economic indicators and collection are fulfilled, while the assigned income reaches 102 percent.
It is below in the execution of the budget and due to the results in the treasury it was chosen as a pilot municipality for the new system to be implemented. In the Housing Program, it complies with the state plan, its own efforts and overcomplies with the elimination of dirt floors and rehabilitations.
They stand out in the attention to vulnerable neighborhoods, by fulfilling the planned actions. For the determination of the headquarters, the operation of the FMC, CTC, ACRC and ANAP was also taken into account.
